MarqVision, a South Korean provider of AI-powered IP protection solutions, is stepping up efforts to combat the unauthorized use of brand images and logos on online marketplaces and content platforms.
The company offers services that identify and flag listings containing stolen brand assets and automatically request takedowns.
Its AI platform, MarqAI, distinguishes between official and unofficial sellers, monitors pricing in real time, and issues enforcement actions across multiple e-commerce channels.
As unauthorized uploads of K-content continue to spread on YouTube, MarqVision also partners with the platform‘s Enterprise Copyright Match Tool (ECMT) to detect copyright violations and prioritize takedown requests.
ECMT enables bulk detection of infringing content, identifies repeated uploads, and blocks re-posts of removed videos.
MarqVision said it will continue to enhance its automated systems to help brands more effectively protect their intellectual property amid growing global interest in Korean content.
