[문화뉴스 MHN 서민종 기자] Steve Sisolak 네바다 주지사가 코로나 바이러스 확산을 막기 위해 라스베이거스 스트립 전역의 호텔 카지노를 포함한 모든 비필수 사업들을 최소 30일 동안 폐쇄한다고 발표했다. 그 여파로 벨라지오 호텔 카지노가 문을 닫았고 McCarran 국제공항 내의 슬롯머신 또한 사용이 중지되었다.

한편 네바다 주와 인접한 캘리포니아 주는 미국 최초로 외출금지령이 내려진 상태다.
