KAC Media Group (KAC) announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with J&K Sky Consulting Inc. (K-Towns), a Canada-based company, on December 31 2025. The agreement aims to promote the global expansion of Korean culture–based content, education, and entertainment industries, as well as to establish a sustainable and long-term cooperative partnership.
Recently, global interest in Korean culture has once again been on the rise. In particular, at the 83rd Golden Globe Awards, K-Pop Demon Hunters won both Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song, signaling a shift beyond simple content consumption toward a deeper interest in understanding the cultural context and background of Korean culture. This trend is expected to further drive demand for educational experiences that allow audiences to learn about and engage more directly with Korean culture.
Against this backdrop, the MOU is significant in that it aims to jointly build a structure in the North American market where people can learn about, understand, and continuously experience Korean culture.

A representative of J&K Sky Consulting Inc. stated, "We have been operating K-Towns as a K-culture platform that shares Korean culture with K-POP and K-Beauty fans in Canada through the most Korean values of "Jeong" (affection) and warmth. Through our collaboration with KAC Media Group's K-culture online education platform, K-artistclass, we expect to create new opportunities and possibilities."
Following this agreement, K-artistclass plans to gradually expand its presence in overseas markets as an online education platform that connects education and content, responding to the growing flow of interest in Korean culture that is increasingly evolving into learning-based and hands-on experiences.
In addition, the partnership is expected to have a positive impact on the overseas expansion and distribution of artistic intellectual property (IP) held by KAC Media Group's entertainment division.
